* New upstream release. Since the main site (www.xtorshun.org)
appears down, I used the gmime 0.6.0 .tar.gz that's distributed
on the gmail site. These didn't include zen timer stuff, so I
had to hack the Makefile.am to not build test-parser.
* Moved programming docs from libgmime0 to libgmime-dev. Fixed
the doc-base file.
* Build-depend on autotools-dev, and copy config.{guess,sub} from
it when building. Ran libtoolize -f. Closes: #103367.
