* New upstream release
* added sponsor martin f krafft as uploader
* -M from the commandline overrides enviroment AUTOSSH_PORT, this changes
  upstram's behaviour. see #238148
* moved /usr/bin/autossh.real to /usr/lib/autossh/autossh and removed the
  lintian override, thanks to martin f krafft
