- OptiPNG is now dynamically linked against Debian's libpng;
- Updated debian/control (included build-depends on libpng12-dev);
- Updated debian/rules (now using "unix-secure.mak" to compile dynamically
against zlib and libpng);
- Removed debian/patches/* (not needed anymore);
- Removed README.Debian (it's not necessary anymore to explain why we are
linking OptiPNG statically with libpng).
