* Reintroduce glew 1.13 due to MX support being removed in glew 2.0.0
- GLEW MX support is used by bino chromium-browser k3d quesoglc rss-glx
- the transition was unfortunately poorly co-ordinated (see #836942)
* Rename source package to glewmx and drop non-mx glew binary packages
* Drop remaining -dbg package in favour of automatic -dbgsym package
* Override lintian warning about embedding glew
* Restrict upstream version watch to 1.x
