* Add libltdl3-dev to the build dependencies. Closes: #290372.
* Change the architecture to i386 only. Closes: #289688. Currently, only the
  i386 is supported for the Linux target. Other machines need to be added to
  newlib/libc/sys/linux/machine, which contains some low level assembler.
