* New upstream release.
* debian/control:
  - bumped Standards-Version to 3.7.3. No changes required.
  - made build depend on dictionaries-common-dev (>=0.95).
  - use debhelper (>> 6.0.0).
* Move reconfigure compat initialization from config to postinst.
  debian/aspell-lt.overrides and ilithuanian.override is no longer needed.
