Apply patch CVE-2009-0153.patch to fix problem handling invalid byte
sequences during Unicode conversion. Thanks to Red Hat for
backporting the patch to ICU version 3.8.1. Applying this patch to
the debian package required pulling in three additional Red Hat
patches for tickets 5797, 6001, and 6002 in ICU's issue tracking
system as well as adjusting offsets in CVE-2008-1036.patch. (Closes:

Explicitly build with g++ 3.4. The current ICU fails its test suite
with 4.0 but not with 3.4. Future versions should work properly with
4.0.
