* New upstream release:
  - add support for new "type" argument to <MergeFile>.
  - monitor <MergeDir>s for changes.
  - make user desktop entries override system ones.
  - make .directory files in <LegacyDir>s be pulled in.
  - fix weirdess with [KDE Desktop Entry] files.
  - fix <LegacyDir>s which don't contain any entries in the toplevel.
  - make sure items in <LegacyDir>s as allocated.
  - make <LegacyDir>s with a prefix work correctly.
* debian/patches/03_kde-legacydirs.diff:
  - don't use KDELegacyDirs.
