Let a single alsa mixer support up to 8 channels

Many Lenovo laptops have digital microphone array, and usually the
number of microphone is 4, in the linux kernel 5.11 (hirsute kernel),
the alsa mixer for digital mic will have 4 channels, but PA in the
focal only supports up to 2 channels in a single alsamixer, this will
make the PA can't adjust the hardware volume of the digital mic.

We need to backport 2 patches from PA-14.2 to support up to 8 channels
for a single alsa mixer. (LP: #1929817).

Fix the headset-mic/headphone-mic selection issue

If a machine doesn't have internal mic, the headset-mic or
headphone-mic can't be auto selectd. This patch fixes this issue.
