Refactored to use chdist instead of reinventing the wheel

Commandline interface improved by way of using apt preferences so you only
need to work out the list of binary packages you want from -proposed and not
there versions as well which is quite onerous as a user interface
(update_output.txt itself doesn't tell you any of the versions, JUST the
source package names)
