Resized all icons to 24x24 pixels properly, so they look nice and smooth now.

Updated default.png to use Human style
Updated accessibility.png to use Human style
Updated clock.png to use the clock icon rather than the appointment icon.

Note that the following are unused:
* clock.png
* update-manager.png
* gnome-panel.png
* appearance.png

Shrunk top margin to 45px, its text to 18px and icon to 24px.
Adjusted background / overlay to match.

Resized ubuntu-logo.png properly to showcase the design a bit better, but leaving others as they were for now.

Added translation .pot files for automatic import into Launchpad's Translation system.
