New icon for software-center. Renamed softwarestore.svg to softwarecenter.svg.

Made Accessibility slide sound a bit more helpful.

Replaced Breathe and Human icons with Humanity icons.
The exceptions are Rhythmbox.svg (since the Breathe one is so cool), and ubuntu-logo.svg, since the Humanity version looks odd here...
Removed unused banshee.svg.
Added new fspot.svg from F-Spot's source.

Added new icons' copyright info to debian/copyright
Trimmed unused icons from debian/copyright: games.svg, personalize.svg and pidgin.svg.

Removed some iffy bits of text.
accessibility.html now mentions what menu AT Preferences is under ("inside the System menu").
openoffice.html slide no longer says "Compatibility will not be a concern."
Removed existing line about software from other places, since it is not true.
Cowboyed in a new line for installing-software.html that encourages users to look for Deb packages.

Consistency fixes suggested by Merk42 on Ubuntu forums.

Removed "In other cases, Ubuntu will ask for permission and then download the right software from the Internet." from multimedia slide. This behaviour becomes obvious the first time someone tries to play an MP3, and it was a pretty overwhelming point before :)

Little bits of polish.

Replaced "open" with "choose" when directing the user through menus.

empathy.html:
Removed "can" to produce a more immediate tone.
No need to name the Message Indicator; if the user cares, he'll ask.
No need to explain status changing. We don't need to point out everything.
Replaced last line with how to get started :)

Changed "application" to "software suite" in first line, to avoid being redundant when we mention the other "office applications." ...and because it is more accurate :)

Rewrote Empathy slide:
Now looking at the bigger picture. (Indicator applet and session applet are mentioned).
Name dropping returned, as suggested by TrueTom. (The one? Hey, I know a Tom!)
Desperately attacking alarming number of alliterations.

Evolution:
Removed ugly use of the imperative in first line.
Stole some bits from Evolution's nicely done features list, including a pointer to iCalShare.
