Added script to remove pngs, which can be run with make clean-icons.

generate-pngs.sh can now run from any directory.

reflection-script.scm: batch-reflection-svg now has output path as a parameter, making it a bit easier to modify.

icons rule now in Makefile. Run make icons to do the same thing as ./icons-source/generate-pngs.sh.

Tweaked general.css: icon is no longer scaled by the browser and is aligned by its bottom axis since height can not be predicted.

Removed the unnecessary web-browser.png that had found its way in somehow.

Added details on icons to debian/copyright.
(Is there a nice, "right" way to have both COPYING and debian/copyright without duplicating text?)

Removed reference to screenshots in README, and briefly explained the new process for icons.

Reflection script now outputs to ../slides/icons.

Merging Steve's improvements and Mads' icons.

Increased font size in #main #content to 14px. It doesn't look quite as pretty, but it is more accessible.
As a result, width of #content was explicitly set to avoid overlapping the icon.

Exception to remove arrow on "special" paragraphs now works in Webkit. (Setting display to none did not).
