Updating template file from recent changes on live site

Change file size display of literature media type to kb instead of mb. (Most files being uploaded are far smaller than 1mb, so it makes more sense to use kb to display this field.

Moving changes on live site into version control. Changes were made swiftly on the live site after launch to quickly fix apparent bugs. The protocol of versioning was broken during this time, and this commit is to bring the vc version up to date with the live version.
