Update the test suite helper library to accept a new environment
variable, ETL_APPENDED_MOUNT_OPTS, that contains a list of mount options
that should be appended to the default list of mount options when
running a test.

Additionally, add a function, etl_is_mount_opt_set(), to the test suite
helper library that can be called to check if a given mount option is
in use during the current test run.

Finally, update the tests that need account for a difference in behavior
when the ecryptfs_xattr_metadata option is in use.

Link the user keyring into the session keyring while testing
