[.desktop] Use CHROME_WRAPPER environment variable.

This convinces Chromium that it's running from /snap/bin/* rather than
from the unconfined binary in /snap/*/*/usr/lib/chromium-browser/chrome.

It is useful so that it creates Exec= lines that don't invoke the
unconfined binary.
