Pass Repository instance to Node and Changeset constructors.

The trac 0.12 constructors of Node and Changeset expect the repository as
the first argument after self. We do pass this information along for 0.12
but discard it for earlier versions of trac.

Take care of new params argument.

There is a new argument called params to IRepositoryConnector.get_repository
as well as to Repository.__init__. It replaces the old authname argument in
position, and provides a dict with two entries, 'name' and 'id'. We simply
pass these on from the connector to the constructor. Test cases have to be
adjusted as well.

Dropped Bugs Everywhere directory.

I'm not using Bugs Everywhere, and those old bugs seem pretty outdated.
As bugs should be reported using launchpad, adn will be tracked there, I see
little point in keeping an alternate and obsolete bug tracking
infrastructure around. It would only add confusion.
