Include null revision in history of empty branch.

This is consistent with other branches that also contain an initial null:
revision. It might be that this change does solve the problem described in
https://answers.launchpad.net/trac-bzr/+question/106321 as well.

Drop root dir from primary_branches.

The default configuration for primary_branches used to have an empty string
as first item. The intention was to have the root of the repository as
first primary branch. This has no effect, though: if there is a branch at
the root of the directory, then it's the only branch, as trac-bzr won't
descend into subdirs. The only branch is automatically the first. If there
is no branch at the root, then it won't be first either. So this comma will
likely only cause confusion and yield no real benefit. Thererfore dropping
it.
