Enable unit test and fix bug.
null is not a valid input for a repeater, so we should not have it as a value for the model.
However, in order not to change the existing API of the (deprecated) Tabs component, I check
the value of TabBar.model in TabBarStyle, and set it to an empty list when appropriate.
