Updated the README to reflect Javier's changes and the auto-typing script.

Merged Javier's multiple-key-directories branch.
This should make it easier to run 2fa.py directly from a USB keychain disk,
since keys will automatically be loaded from the directory the script
resides in. Simply move 2fa.py and ~/.2fa/ to the USB disk, and it should
now work from there.

created a script to make 2fa.py type in your passcode for you.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you only use this if you have your
2fa.py data files on a removable USB disk. Don't use this if those
files are on your notebook hard drive, because that reduces your
security to a single keypress.
