Add logic to determine if a "Desktop Entry" group and an X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain key exist in a scope file.
Revert adding the "Desktop Entry" and X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain key in a couple of test scope files to make sure the logic works when those entries don't exist.
