Update reported size of each nzf based on final assembly size

The initial size reported is based on the size of the articles,
but once we've downloaded the file we update the size based on
how much data we wrote to the file.

This allows clients of the get_files API to compare the bytes
we report with the actual file-size on disk.

Distinguish between a nzf being downloaded and complete (assembled)

From a client standpoint a file is not finished until it's been fully
assembled. We now internally distinguish between a file being downloaded
(no more articles left), and being complete (fully assembled). Only when
the latter occurs we mark the file as complete, which is then reflect
in places like the API.
