Merge ~tobhe/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-x1e-settings:crd into ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-x1e-settings:ubuntu/devel

Make sure Qualcomm CRD is detected by ubuntu-drivers to automatically install hwe-qcom-x1e-meta. This should make the installer "just work".
