Don't combine tiles a long way from each other.

We currently combine only horizontally, but ctrl-right arrow in
calc can throw us to the other side of the sheet, creating a very
large area to re-render.

leaflet: re-enable saving via ctrl+s shortcut

Leaving the ctrl+s handler disabled in core config,
we enable it in the loleaflet to allow for saving
via the keyboard when the default handlers are enabled.

[cd] Explicitly disable the possiblity to Save via the keyboard.

The saving here must be possible only via the action from the toolbar or
from the menu - so disable it in the core and from our explicit keyboard
handling.
