Fixes LP bug #832582 which affects a lot of people but is seen as generic Firefox instability because of the symptoms that do not point to spell checker problem directly.

Thanks! This got merged into oneiric with a couple changes:

1) Used an LP: #XXXX bug number in the changelog so it will close out the bug automatically
2) Noted patch name in the changelog
3) You forgot to include the patch and series files in your branch (bzr add debian/patches)
4) Ran 'update-maintainer' because Ubuntu is adding a delta

(I assume this is all unfamiliarity with Ubuntu vs Debian practices. Thanks for helping out on the Ubuntu side!)
