Merge lp:~timo-jyrinki/qtubuntu/build_dep_libinput-dev_qt55 into lp:qtubuntu

Build depend against libinput-dev to fix build with Qt 5.5 (LP: #1437192)

Seems to fix the bug. If this does not cause any trouble with Qt 5.4 (unlikely, if it's not in use it's just extra package during building), it'd be ok to land already before.
