Added a tiny note to the tutorial.

Set the default Poisson ratio to 0.2 in the constructor of the Particle class.

Added a commented simulation file to the documentation, which is now complete.

Made the example scripts in various-example-simulations executable.

Added a second(!) FullRelax() call in fct Relaxation::Relax AFTER
ViscousFlow() was called. After the deformation of particles the
elastic equlibrium has to be recalculated.

Not calling the fct did NOT influence the run of the simulations
in general, but it DID influence the stored results.

Added one directory for example or previously undertaken simulations and one directory for the documentation.

The documentation consists of a general eplanation and a tutorial, both in markdown. Also a fully commented example simulation script (not yet finished) is part of the current documentation. The tutorial explains step-by-step howto download and run an example simulation.

Also incorporated a copyright header into a number of simulation files and into the build file.

Changed the fct:
ExperimentSettings::SeverSpringsCrossingPlane

For some unknown reason it prohibited the breaking of springs crossing periodic boundaries.
Just commented it out, so if this functionality proves to be useful in some other context, it can be resurrected.
