Fixing the GCC5 fix

Just read the patch not correctly, thus applied it wrong.

FIxing sdksyms.sh for GCC5

Because of GCC5 there needs to be a fix applied. I wanted to cherry pick this commit, but they moved the file in future cmmits.
So the fastest solution was to apply it manually.

Use /etc/default/keyboard as default layout

Installing 64-xorg-xkb.rules to /lib/udev/rules.d

This addition should fix the problem that keyboard layout gets reset to en_US after downgrade.
