Add a script to enable a local xip.io resolution when uplink dns does not (my case).

demo-prep is now imdempotent
deploy should work on both AWS and MAAS and set up the domain parameter to make it work.

it creates a bundle format for deploying that can be reuse/drag drop after 1st deployment.
