Fixed the bug introduced by last bug fix (child states not being
updated). I had unknowingly added the bug -- er, feature -- that sibling
items at the same level would also be updated. The effect of which is
that if the user selected the topmost item, every item in the list would
also be selected.

Began work on custom editing conditions (begin editing a cell on mouse
button 1 release, instead of mouse button 1 press). Fixed bug where
children items' states wouldn't be set if parent's state changed.

Fixed states being set wrong. When adding new items, they are set into
an editable state, so that the user can start editing the item text
immediately.
