Landscape client scripts now have access to the PATH environment variable (as
well as USER and HOME, if a valid user name is provided). This should fix the
client errors we've seen where various executable could not be found.

When '/' is mounted twice *and* one of the devices that's mounted on '/'
is mounted simultaneously to another mount point, we now avoid printing
duplicate usage information. This seems like an edge case, but it's actually
the default on all Ubuntu machines.

This is the second time this branch has been merged, fixing this ticket.
That's because the original merge left out a couple of revisions.
