notify.py: catch exceptions trying to notify monitors

If trying to notify some monitor of an insertion or a deletion
ends in an exception, we convert this into an entry in the error
log, so that it isn't propagated to the client who did insertion
or deletion (it isn't its fault).

recent.py: add workaround for OpenOffice.org files

Backport the workaround used in the Vala datahub, which special-cases
OpenOffice.org documents so that we can identify their .desktop file by
looking at the mime-type in addition to the executable name.

Fix bug #641968: Querying for LeastRecentActor with event templates
doesn't work.

In the case of the LeastRecentActor sorting a JOIN is used. If we want
to impose conditions on which type of events/subjects are considered, this
must be done inside the JOINed query.

Add test/test-engine-extension.rst again, it's used for the documentation
(using an evil symlink which escaped my grep :().

Also, define ZEITGEIST_DEFAULT_EXTENSIONS in run-all-tests.py so that the
test works if the user has non-default extensions available.
