apporturl (0.2.2~ppa4) jaunty; urgency=low

* changed the structure of the project:
  - extension/ contains all extension releated stuff
  - url-handler/ contains the url-handler and its config files

* content/lpubuntubugsurl.js:
   - removed unused code
   - modified behaviour of +filebug links: the ubuntu-bug handler url is
     only invoked for the first time a user clicks on a link, after this the
     link will be changed to the original one again. This is useful in cases
     where apport fails to run, so this would give the user the chance to
     file a bug using the web interface.

splitted this package into two binary packages 'apporturl-extension' and
'apporturl-urlhandler'

* moved extension related file to the root of the package, this seems to
  be the only way to get xpi.mk working. In the future there should be two
  directories: 'extension/' and 'protocol_handler/'
* some packaging related modifications to debian/
