Vivid plus LXC hack
Due to LP Bug: 1445539 LXC on trusty cannot deploy vivid (or greater) release containers

Although, this hack will not produce a functioning vivid LXC on trusty it will allow mojo to create a project
specs that do not require LXCs will function.

By using Daniel Manrique's workaround:
lxc-create --name $LXC_CONTAINER_NAME -t download -- --dist ubuntu --release vivid --arch amd64
