I have worked out a few changes to the original OpenID charm available via jujucharms.com and this merge request uses it to have finally SSO support when deploying Capomastro. No need to manually log into the Apache box to create the store directory and authorization lists. When this is more mature (i.e. reviewed by IS) perhaps we could keep the OpenID charm inside Capomastro's repository to reduce bus factor even further.

It is really annoying that apt-add-repository won't accept private PPAs so that was needed otherwise I would have to keep changing the install hooks of both Capomastro's and our forked Jenkins' charms. At least with this we can keep the private repository line with auth stuff in it separated in a config.yaml used for deployment only. This only affects Capomastro as the Jenkins changes were pushed to my forked (+junk) Jenkins charm already.

as discussed before this might just be a race condition (one of many in juju, yes...) but this workaround seemed to ok without side effects so far

merging the apache virtualhost setup into the charm, partially based on the previous code and also worked out for the new charm that runs on trusty and uses a different template... we only need to talk to IS now so they can advise us on the best way to handle the SSL stuff and integrate the SSO support next
