yq 4 has changes its syntax

snap-release: use proxy to access changelogs.ubuntu.com

Recently the configuration has changed and now changelogs.ubuntu.com
can be accessed only by using the proxy.

snap-test: install also dpkg-dev in the test system

dpkg-dev is required so dpkg-architecture is available (the command is
used by the run-tests.sh script from the snap repo).

tools/run-tests.sh: kill more softly, never fail in the trap handler

tools/run-tests.sh: kill any remaining process on exit

snap-test: install also sshpass

snap-test: install yq

yq is now a dependency for our testing scripts.

Remove tools/test-snap.sh

It was not being used anywhere: removing to avoid confussions.
