80unity-gtk-module: Don't do anything if the files aren't installed. Per Debian policy, we can remove the packages but not purge them. In that case we should not add the modules to GTK_MODULES - if they are there then gtk prints a warning.

Workaround for crash in unity-panel-service.

The Edit Undo test didn't work due to the bug LP #1063212 in unity-panel-service. This should avoid it entirely.
