20100604 maxb Sent the following to the requester to clarify the purpose of the import before approving:

Regarding the vcs import ~techtonik/mingw/MinGW-5_1 you have requested: A Launchpad CVS import will track the CVS HEAD of the remote repository, so it seems incorrect to embed a specific version number into the name of the imported bzr branch. For that reason, may I suggest that you rename the branch to remove the "-5_1" ? Also, it may be wise to name the branch "installer", to clearly communicate what part of the MinGW project it contains.

20100605 maxb Requester's reply revealed that they wanted an import of a non-HEAD CVS branch, which Launchpad can't do; marking invalid.
