Improve indexing of applications (a lot). We now also index the GenericName as well as providing a category: prefix that you can use to filter on XDG application categories. Fx "category:Utility calc*"

Cache parsed .desktop files for less IO on heavy indexing

Use xdg.DesktopEntry instead of gio.unix.DesktopAppInfo because the latter has unfinished Python bindings and lacks the API to check XDG categories altogether (note for packagers: we already dependended on python-xdg)
