Resuming sessions and reruns work without this ugly patch now.

plainbox:session:assistant: Only run jobs w/o results during bootstrapping

The session assistant bootstrap method is also called after resuming a session.
This behavior has some side effects as running again resource jobs can lead
to leftovers jobs if for example a device has been unplugged.
