plainbox:session:restart: Fix the service basedir for s16

Vivid and s16 have two different basedir for snaps.
This patch makes plainbox aware of both.

The snapcraft binary becomes just "checkbox-cli" since checkbox-autostart was
calling checkbox-cli2 which is now deprecated/removed.

checkbox-cli2 was the first prototype using plainbox session assistant.
Since checkbox-cli now offers the same api + support for new launchers, it's
time to remove it.
