gui-engine: emit a new "close Manual Dialog" signal on JobResultAvailable

To handle the specific case of user-interact jobs where the job outcome
is set by the exit code of the command.
One the command is finished, the tester does not need to click the continue
button on the ManualInteractionDialog, it should close automatically.
