Add MapperOptions object to manage a bunch of options.

These are changed using a Form(), which takes a bunch of items out of the
menu, which was hitting the Series 60 limit of 30 items.

Key bindings changed so that 3 now brings up the options menu.

Zoom code was pretty broken, now much improved I think.

Fix quilt so it works with arbitrary sized canvases.

Fix reload code to spot cases where the current quilt can be moved rather
than having to reload a full quilt of image tiles.

Add handler for resizes of the canvas. Not useful on Series60, but handy
on other platforms.

Using red as a background for missing tiles not the smartest idea given
that I plot routes in red. So now if you don't have the map tile you
can't see your route either. Try blue instead.
