Changed && to || in C extension to make sure check_args actually runs. Initialised data in suvatext.c to get rid of annoying compiler warnings. Debugging code for check_args still in.

Moved i18n framework into po/ subdir. Added tags file for indexing of source by Emacs/vi etc. Changed calculation framework to use the arg checking function.

Added "Reset" button to main UI. Started to improve error checking of arguments using a C function in the extension module.

Replaced ugly hack with slightly less ugly one -- instead of modifying sys.path from suvat source, it now picks it up from a highly non-portable symlink in the top level directory
