Previous commit for lp #1045230 introduced a bug by creating an infinite loop when attempting to buy/install paid
applications, because respective preview actions handlers called activate (uri), which (after the fix) responds with preview...
This commit fixes it by connecting buy/install actions for paid content with start_software_center handler.
