[a11y] Report correct names of root shell elements to accessibility stack, instead of just "Shell".
For some reason Accessible.name properties of Hud and Dash are not correctly handled, and accessibleName property of shell declarative view takes precedence
(even if empty). As a workaround, this patch updates accessibleName depending on what shell ui element is active (dash, hud, launcher). In addition, accessibility role is now
set to "Pane", so that Orca says e.g. "Hud pane" instead of "Hud filler" ("filler" is a default value appended by qt-at-spi if no role is specified).
