Make template precomp work.
Figure out why the YUI version was at 3.5.0 (it's not, but the bower version
of YUI doesn't deal with @VERSION@ so it's set at a default 3.5.0)
Figure out why tests weren't passing (We use an older template pattern, I
thought this had been changed but I was mistaken.)

Add a server task to view tests.
