    - Create gecko_sdk file hierarchy and symlink to system gecko.

* Fix for Google Gears not functioning by:
  - Re-adding sqlite_google, libjpeg, libpng.
  - Removing debian/patches/80-system-jpeg-png-sqlite.diff.
* Added relevant copyright sections back to debian/copyright.
* debian/rules:
  - Modified get-orig-source to not delete above third_party addons.
  - Adjusted MAKE_FLAGS.
* Removed hardcoded xulrunner flags from 40-system-gecko.diff.
* Adjusted debian/control Build-Depends for above packages.
