Metaservice type support
This patch adds support for
_services._dns-sd._udp type that returns types of
all services registered. The same functionality is
already in Howl and Apple's mDNSResponder.
It is also needed by KDE's zeroconf:/ protocol
handler.

Fix for Zeroconf.getServiceInfo returning None
getServiceInfo fails and returns none even though all the information has been
sent by the server.

This patch also fixes the problem of Zeroconf.py not detecting already existing
services on startup.
