Autoremove and autoclean in maintain

Run apt-get autoremove and autoclean in maintain-0-upgrade to clean
slaves from obsolete packages.

Add support for extra repositories

Add parameters to the build, test and autoland jobs to
allow using extra repositories.

Get rid of the build-1-sourcepkg job.

Add curl, missing from prepare-0-install

NOTE: run prepare-0-install on all your build slaves.

Drop the sbuild archive key

New sbuild doesn't require them any more.

Add ppa:jenkaas-hackers/tools to all slaves

We now need new sbuild, we'll probably need more tools as we go.

NOTE: you need to run the prepare-0-install and maintain-0-upgrade
jobs on all build slaves to make this change work.
